My machine shows "stopped" — what do I do?

Go to "My Machines" and click on your machine to open it. On the Overview tab, find the Credentials section and click "Show" to reveal your SSH username, password, and RustDesk connection details. You can copy each value with one click.

How do I reset my VPS password?

Open your machine and go to the Overview tab. In the Quick Actions section, click Reset Password. A new root password will be generated and displayed in a dialog — make sure to copy and save it immediately, as it won't be shown again. The new password takes effect right away for SSH and RustDesk connections.

How does port forwarding work?

Port forwarding lets you expose services running on your VPS to the internet. Open your machine and go to the Port Forwarding tab, then click Add Rule. Pick an external port (30000–59999), the internal port your service listens on, and the protocol (TCP or UDP). Once created, anyone can reach your service at your server's IP address on the external port. You can enable/disable rules with the toggle and delete them anytime. There's a limit of 10 rules per machine.

How do I access the OpenClaw Gateway remotely?

Go to "Port Forwarding" or the "Overview" tab on your machine page and click Expose OpenClaw Gateway. This creates a secure HTTPS reverse proxy and opens the Control UI in a new tab. Once exposed, the button changes to Open OpenClaw Gateway so you can return to it anytime. You can also find the link icon next to the OpenClaw rule in the port forwarding table.
