Terms of Service
Overview
These terms govern your use of openclawvps.io (“OpenclawVPS”, “the service”), operated by WLF Digital Solutions, a company registered in Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What we provide
OpenclawVPS is a managed hosting service for the OpenClaw AI agent. We handle server provisioning, configuration, software updates, and ongoing maintenance so you don’t have to. Each subscription includes a dedicated virtual server with browser integration and remote desktop access.
We are not affiliated with the OpenClaw project. We do not develop the OpenClaw software and make no guarantees about its functionality, accuracy, or output. Your use of OpenClaw itself is subject to its own license and terms.
Your account
To use the service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Notifying us immediately at support@openclawvps.io if you suspect unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
Plans and pricing
We offer multiple subscription plans with different resource allocations (CPU, RAM, storage). Plan details and pricing are listed on our website and may change over time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — we will not change the price mid-cycle.
- All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period.
- You can cancel at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, we may suspend or terminate your service.
Refunds
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are not satisfied within the first 3 days, contact us for a full refund.
- The 3-day guarantee applies once per customer, on your first subscription only.
- Refund requests after the 3-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Refunds for accounts terminated due to abuse or terms violations will not be issued.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Acceptable use
Your server is provided for running the OpenClaw AI agent and related tasks. You agree not to use the service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or ours
- Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or third-party systems
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or any harmful software
- Host, store, or distribute illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
- Run cryptocurrency mining operations
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or port scanning against any target
- Abuse server resources in a way that degrades the experience for other users
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service without our written permission
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For severe violations (such as illegal activity or attacks on infrastructure), we may terminate immediately without notice. For less severe violations, we will attempt to notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before suspension.
Resource limits
Each plan has defined resource allocations (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth). Your usage must stay within the limits of your plan. If you consistently exceed your plan’s resources, we may ask you to upgrade to a higher plan or adjust your usage. We reserve the right to throttle or restrict service if your usage negatively impacts other users.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service running 24/7 but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, hardware failures, and third-party provider issues can cause temporary downtime.
- We will do our best to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by service downtime.
- Extended outages may entitle you to a pro-rated service credit at our discretion.
Your data and backups
You retain ownership of any data you store on or generate through the service. However, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, service termination, or any other cause.
We recommend regularly exporting any important data, configurations, or outputs generated by your OpenClaw instance.
Intellectual property
The OpenclawVPS website, branding, design, and proprietary software are owned by WLF Digital Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
The OpenClaw AI agent is a third-party open-source project with its own license. We do not claim ownership over OpenClaw or any output it produces on your behalf.
Third-party services
Our service relies on third-party providers including but not limited to hosting infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), and the OpenClaw software. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
AI disclaimer
OpenClaw is an AI agent that operates autonomously on your server. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions taken or output produced by the AI agent
- We are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on AI output
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the AI agent complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the dashboard and server will be revoked at the end of the current billing period (or immediately in cases of abuse).
- Your server and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of service end.
- We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination.
- Any outstanding fees remain payable.
We strongly recommend exporting any data you need before cancelling.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLF Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WLF Digital Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, or third-party provider failures.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For minor or clarifying changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
General provisions
- Entire agreement — These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WLF Digital Solutions regarding the service.
- Severability — If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
